Habitat

Welcome to your new computer.

A desk where the computer finally works for you. Talk to your Envoy; it opens windows, files, and apps, and hands real work to agents you can watch. Close the lid, come back — it remembers everything.

In the cloud · or on your own machine

The idea

One Envoy. Many hands.

The Envoy is the voice of your Habitat — it listens, answers, and delegates. Agents do the real work in visible windows: writing, building, browsing, publishing. You watch, steer, or walk away.

Talk, don't operate

Hold to speak or type. Your Envoy hears audio directly and answers in place — transcription rides along for the record.

Agents in windows

Delegated work runs in windows you can open, read, and interrupt. Nothing happens behind your back.

A desk that remembers

Your Habitat is one continuous history. Reopen it anywhere and it replays exactly — files, windows, conversations.

Yours in look and name

Pick your first Envoy, its avatar, and a generated skin at signup. It is your computer; it should look like it.

Where it lives

In the cloud, or on your own machine.

The same Habitat runs both ways, on one subscription. We provision a private server for you in about two minutes — or you install the Habitat server on your own Mac and pair it with your account.

Cloud

A dedicated VM with its own address — you.habitatagents.com. We keep it healthy; your data stays on its own volume.

Your machine

Install the server on hardware you own. It signs into your account and pairs; the desk, the phone, and the app all find it.

Plans

Credits by default. Every action shows its cost.

The Envoy always runs on credits, metered per token at published model rates. Bringing your own agent subscription changes only the workers.

Bring your own

$39.99/mo

Connect your own Codex or Claude subscription for workers. The Envoy still runs on metered credits.

Demo

Free · 10 minutes

A real Habitat, provisioned for you, on a timer. No card. When the ten minutes end, it ends.

Signups are opening gradually while we finish the release checklist — the desk is live for existing accounts. The signed macOS app lands here the day it ships.
